What to look for when choosing a professiona carpet cleaning company

Have you ever wanted the right type of cleaning service, but you have not quite laid your hands on it yet. Well NCC can seize your search. NCC brings you back to that comfortable feeling of having a service tech providing you with optimal customer service. I have been in the professional services for a while now- and I can tell you there are many things that happen before and after a service personnel is scheduled to do work in your home.
If you are looking for carpet cleaners in your area- read the bulletins

Questions you should ask:
  1. Are all the technicians licensed by IICRC
  2. Is the company insured
  3. What carpet cleaning procedures do they follow
  4. Is there extra charges
These four questions can save you a lot in the end. For instance, is the company you are inquiring about is insured. In the event something goes wrong in cleaning your expensive Berber Carpet, like lets say your dark blue Berber Carpet get faded. I am sure you will be truly be vexed, thus if the company is insured you can insure rectifying without too much hassle. If technicians are not licensed they will be the very ones to change the color of your carpet. The extra charges is very important. Carpet cleaning companies love to charge extras and some cases they are needed (trust me I do this for a living @ www.cleaningserviceva.com )
however beware of those technicians that come in your home recommending this and recommending that. If you feel pressured that is when you know there are trying to make sale. If it does not sound right logically and you feel pressured phone the company while the technician is there. That usually gets things going. If you have any question on what is reasonable email at neighborhoodccs@gmail.com I will answer all your questions.
